I'm gonna' say almost KETO, because of the carrots being "root" vegetables. But, it looks so healthy, I'd eat it, KETO or not.

So I added boiled eggs and a medium tomato to what was in the picture. The salad came out to 1088 calories with 73/14/13 fat/protein/carbs and 21.12 Net Carbs. The most expensive carb in this bowl is actually chopped celery at 6.09g followed by the avocado at a close second with 6g. Honorable mention goes to the pecan halves at 4g. but who is counting? After 2 weeks of 1 salad a day (while maintaining Keto macros) I feel the best I have in the last 8 months of my journey. Now if I could get the rest of the FAM on board. Definitely KETO
