I actually exercised today! I have the blisters to prove it! I walked for 43 minutes straight with new tennis shoes and bad socks that kept slipping down. I'll know better next time.
This is such a big deal to me. Its the first time I've been able to motivate myself to get off my lazy fat ass and do something. I'm hoping next time to be easier!
