What an eye opener! I'm very aware of portion sizes in my eating, esp. when I have access to the nutrition label of a food. ("100 calories? How big is the serving...) and am aware that a can of soup is ALWAYS 2 servings.

Even so, even though I ate an ENTIRE can of Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli, (my traditional sick food), it did not have as many calories as the 32oz of orange juice.

The Chef cost me 340 calories, the OJ cost me 446, over 100 calories more. And while I usually avoid the Chef because of the insane sodium, the carby pasta is always a concern as well. Well, I needn't have worried because it's 66 grams of carbs was blown out of the freaking water by the 103.17 grams in the OJ. I mean, I *knew* juice was nothing but sugar, but jeez!

I'm switching to the little fizzy vitamin C packets. Wastin' all my calories on stoopid juice...
