Fourth and final party for this week completed. So much fun. The event was held at a great Vietnamese restaurant. The appetizers, entrees, then desserts just kept coming. I SAMPLED most things (there was just SO much), had water to drink and had the mango sticky rice for dessert. Now I just resume my normal WOE tomorrow. No make up or catch up or fasting required. Also will not make an attempt at nutritional breakdown. Because of the nature of asian food ingredients I will probably deal with fluid retention from the salt for several days but I know the foods that are natural diuretics and will be eating a few of those types of things because I am salt sensitive. A great day with wonderful people
