Fasting blood sugar 124 and dropping (86 days ago it was 192), weight down 1 pound, macros met - carb goal 5%, actual 8%, fat goal 70%, actual 78%, protein goal 24%, actual 18% (I’m dropping protein goal to 18% to try to drop morning BS lower. This is just days before Christmas and having been out of town and eating out frequently! I have doctors appointment next Wednesday for A1C test and I can hardly wait! I owe this all to Keto lifestyle and you telling me it can be done! Looking forward to not gaining weight or increasing blood sugar levels this holiday season and still eating well and feeling great! Don’t focus on what you can’t have, but focus rather on what great things you can have!
