hari selasa mami bikin pukis dan aku sibuk
hari rabu mami bikin apem klaten dan aku sibuk
hari ini ga bikin apa2 sih tapi aku sibuk
(kalo sibuk tandanya ga sempet masak bikin menu sehat)

3 hari sudah persentase karbo entah uda berapa itu,
aku hitung 1 pukis 170an kalori 😅
ya udahlah, uda brp minggu makan clean food, sepertinya kali ini makan yg ga clean dulu 😂🙈
