Woke at 228.8, down 5.0 after a fasting day to get rid of my Thursday cheat day! Almost back where I was. Started the day with an omelet and coffee. Tonight Denise sings at a Madrigal Christmas Dinner. Will be eating whatever that consists of. Emily and Jason are coming, too, so it should be fun. UPDATE: Weighed in at 228.4 before heading out to dinner. Eating during the day is hiding some of my water loss. Had a lot of fun at the dinner out with the Chesapeake Choral Arts Society! Had both kids at the table and some other nice folks. Ate basically a Thanksgiving type dinner, but mine was limited to meat and veggies. We did snack back home with some cheese, roasted pork, and red wine. Will be taking it easy tomorrow!
