Heading to the Gym & dreading 😟 the Burpee 5 minute test. Last year I achieved 60, but that was before my Ankle surgery. Let’s hope it’s achievable!!

Silly question, but did you hop or jump in place after each one? BTW 64 is friggin' impressive. Glad the ankle is doing well.

It was Jump in place. Hop over the barbell is even tougher!!

In conjunction with lifting, this kind of exercise is exponentially better for fitness.
Since I started all this jazz my life has got hands down better. Being lean and fit suits me more then when I was putting on size
