Day 4 of my Atkins diet.
I am down 5 lb in less than a week. I know I won't keep up this rate, but knowing that I could be under 190 within 6 weeks has me so motivated. I don't think it is healthy to maintian 5lb a week.
But, I am eating better than I did before - and I am eating more. I sleep less than I did before.

You can definately be under 190 in 6 weeks. I started May 8th and weighed 288. It is now June 2nd and I am 258 so I have lost 30 pounds in under a month. It can be done just make sure you follow the plan and get enough water to help flush that fat out.

30LB!!!! I don't think I am doing that good, but it is nice to know. I am drinking 2 bottles of water. And, I live in a small town - can't get the book. But I am following everyone and reading what they are doing.
