wow im waaay to high for this early in the day!! i feel so bad. i was really tempted to have that rice. i guess i wont buy it anymore. i only have about 250 calories left because my rdi which i set is 1300. im going to stick to that. if im hungry later ill have water ,tea,sparkling water,broth, or diet soda as a snack until dinner. on a good calorie day i eat a bit of what my mom makes but on days like this where iscrew up i have veggies and tofu for dinner or just take sleepy pills and fall asleep for the night and that way i ca get the 12 huour fast and its easier considering i go to bed about 5 or 6 maybe 7. man i totally screwed up. and to think i woulvde been ok if i hadnt had that darn coffee! they have been out of my favorite flavors so i got salted carmel and it really was not good. how do i burn most of it off?????
