I have not been following any diet this summer.....most days I've been eating healthy but have had set backs on some weekends! I've decided to eliminate sugar, wheat, grains, and dairy to begin with. I need to get my metabolism back on track and find out what my triggers are. I have so much to loose and I never seem to loose very much no matter how hard I try, so I need to find out why!
