I looked at your food log and it may be you are not eating enough. You should be getting 1500 calories minimum and 20 net carbs. 12-15 of those coming from veggies. 8 pounds in 2 weeks is not bad either! Congrats on your loss so far and hang in there! There are many people on here who can help :)

Thanks msamy034 for your comment. I am eating onions, bell pepper and tomatos as my veggies most of the time. I cant eat lettives everyday. That will make me sick. So I am not sure what other veggies I can eat.

I eat jicama, celery with cream cheese, green beans, salad stuff...things like that. My food diary is not very accurate right now as I have been sick, but it will be better this week as I try to get back on track :)

I too checked out your food diary and you are simply not eating enough. You need to eat more fat (use butter, olive oil, mayonnaise), and definately vegetables. You need 2 cups of green leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach, kale, greens,) and 1 cup of other vegetables. Your percentages need to be aoubt 65-70% fat, 20-25% protein, and 5-10% carbohydrates. Atkins won't work if you don't get between 1500 and 1700 calories a day, at these percentages, at least on Induction. I think this is your problem with the slowness of your weight loss. If I can help in any other way, please don't hesitate to ask. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but soon you will be sailing along, losing steadily.
