Day one - I am on a diet - again - I lost the weight last time and maintained for a while but have put it all back on again. I really want to loose the weight and KEEP it off. I understand that I am suppose to eat more fresh foods, including fruit and veggies, but I don't like veggies. I have tried to make myself like veggies but when I purchase them they just rot away because I just look at them. I never eat them.
