Kalo gak salah 3 putih telur 1 kuning telur, sup tahu sama toge. Sm susu low fat high calcium kak

Kalo makan siang sama malam apa kak makannya? Aku bingung makanku kok dibawah BMR trus, caranya supaya makan diatas BMR dibawah TDEE gimana ya kak? Terus makan apa aja?
