The 1st few months of Keto...Aug 2017, when it looked to me like Keto was doable...my husband said something curious. He said , " I am not worried about the summer and early Fall for you. I worry about the holidays ...starting with Halloween. You usually say... after you start with the candy bars...that you will pay attention in the New Year." Instead of getting annoyed that he was all in my business...I considered his words. I paid attention ...stepped up with IF. Now TWO Halloweens later....I am still paying attention! I try to consider the source and content...and you all hand out the best words of wisdom. KCKO! Thanks all!
