happy birthday Trish, I missed this I thought you went to someone elses...wow you are amazing doing this at 75! My mum turned 70 this Aug, she lost just under 30kg over the last 2 years doing weight watchers. It was amazing to see her totally transform not only her body but her mind and her whole life! she's remarried to this awesome guy in April, been on cruises and even flew to singapore and cruised back. which was amazing for her because when she went to England a few years ago she was so uncomfortable on the plane due to her size she said she'd never fly again, but she did at 30kg lighter lol
