Hello out there!!

I am new to this app and am looking to find a supportive community to help me start living a healthier lifestyle. I have always struggled with my weight but this past year has been the hardest. I struggle with binge eating and am hoping to meet others who are going through the same struggles and are looking to change their life for the better. I did some research and found that this would be a good app to try, so here I am.

My goal is to avoid restrictive dieting (as I have yo-yo dieted consistently the past 8 years) and make changes in my eating habits that will help me to lead a healthier lifestyle. I am also looking forward to help support others on their own journeys!

Welcome. This app is very helpful in keeping track of calories and carbs. I agree restrictive is not the way to win. I keep numbers lower based on my goals so it works great for me with very little effort. Gotta ditch some foods though!

Move every day and make more healthy choices than unhealthy ones. That's how I do it anyway :) If you try to make it too complicated, it will end up too complicated. You can do this!!
