1/3cup oats
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/3cup almond milk
1tsp chia seeds
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 ground nutmeg
1tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp natural yoghurt
-every ingredient except oats mix in a blend, put the oats in a bowl then add mousse from blender. Mix and put in the fridge for night. Just add toppings in the morning❤️
