I just got my workout in today. Yesterday's rest day was definitely nice. I ended up doing the Speed 1.0 and the Stretch today. I never thought I would say I love a workout video but I absolutely love Speed 1.0. This coming up week is going to be a stressful week. I just have to get through it.
