I'm so tired. I read somewhere that on a low carb diet, I might feel tired for the first two weeks, but yesterday was really bad. So bad that I had to eat a few carbs to continue with the day. I added a serving of pimento cheese, extra tomatoes in my salad, two diet Hawaiian punch with 1 carb each. Daily total was 25 carbs and I gained two pounds. I want to lose weight, but how often am I going to feel sick and have absolutely no energy?

It took me a few weeks to feel better, but most people ti's only a few days. I will tell you that it is SOOOOOO worth it. To not be under the control of what i eat is amazing. I don't thik about food hardly at all. No more cravings, no more blood sugar crashed, it's wonderful Try adding in more fat. Make sure your getting enough salt and water. Also try more real food, less suff from a box, jar or can. Best wishes. Stick with it!
