******WARNING POSSIBLE TRIGGER*******
So today I woke up early again. Two mugs of coffee for breakfast... one for lunch... going to have a “taco salad” for dinner... no beans, no corn, no tortilla, no chips, no salsa, no rice... it sounds like a sad salad. But I’m also really sad and don’t feel like being creative in the kitchen.
Good news, I’ve been eating keto. Even though I really want to eat all my feelings right now. Still have so much packing to do, must be out before Tuesday. But my brain is busy and my heart is breaking. A close childhood friend who I have kept up with on social media lost their 17mo old baby girl. Being an extremely emotional person and an empath... stuff like this wrecks me. It’s unimaginable and devastating.
