Workout done for today. Today was week 3 Speed 1.0. One of my favorite workouts so far. I have been thinking I may need to adjust my calories during the week because I tend to eat more during the weekends.

That is awesome! Haha I do mine once my older two are at school and turn cartoons on for the younger two so I can get mine workout in. They still try to do it with me though. 🤣 Thank you! 😊

Thank you everyone! I tend to eat more on weekends between eating out, special occasions, family get togethers and what not. The week days I have a set schedule but weekends are more relaxed.

when my husband is at home, I tend to eat more on the weekends too, so I do the 5:2 diet , eat 500-700 calories two non consecutive days of the week . and it works perfectly for me.

I might have to do some research on that! I just don't know if I could function on 500-700 calories even for two separate days a week.
