I received my first shot of hylauranic acid last Wednesday and will have two more to complete the series. I've noticed a minimal amount of improvement, but will wait for the series to end before making a decision about its effectiveness.
Yesterday I went to an event to support homeless vets and shepherded the guests through a line of booths filled with opportunities to support them (smoking cessation, housing assistance, etc.). It was good worthy work but I was only able to last about 2 hours before my knees were done standing. I was with my cousin who'd just had her third shoulder replacement, so we were a pair!
Stopped at the grocery store on the way home and we were both sharing the cart as a crutch :( I stepped forward and it felt like a ligament or tendon got caught on the torn meniscus and snapped like a rubber band. Time to go home.
I improved, and today is much better. I'm doing some house cleaning then will hit Target for a NSV: my underwear is too big! It keeps rolling down, LOL!
I haven't been logging my food well lately and have been going out to eat a lot. I'd like to get back on track this week and move forward down the scale.
