Just got back from having a big breakfast with my BFF~ she also struggles with her weight~ but it wasn't like a huge fried everything meal; we did eat healthy food and had a great time! She's in a NP program right now, so she's super busy and we haven't been able to just sit & chat for almost a month~ LOTS of catching up to do! It was fun!!
Training today, and then prepping the house for guests this weekend~ but other than that, nuthin too new....
Plan for the day:
Train hard
Be understanding of other people's limitations~ physicial and personality wise :) (inside stuff)
Love myself!
