I said I was going to journal every day and I think I should do it this morning, since I have 5 minutes.
Dieting went great yesterday, I even got my big butt on the treadmill and walked only a mile...but at least it was something, ya know?
I've started planning my meals a day in advance so I don't have to battle with starvation while standing in front of the fridge tryin to figure out what's for dinner!
I'm feeling very postive and happy that I'm doing something about my weight!
