Thanks guys! ❤️😁 I held out till 2:15 👍 (20 hours fasted) Fasting helps me a lot. I wouldn’t say that it helps me eat less but helps me to not over eat 😜

But the real benefit of fasting is keeping insulin spikes down. I believe it’s what helped me lose the 57 pounds.

@CrashtestDawnie - I agree that WHEN I eat is more important than HOW MUCH I eat. My 'no solid food' fasts just help me 'reduce' my meals during the day. But, If I were 'stronger' I would be able to consume nothing but water and eat only 4-6 hours a day.
