You can do it! I felt very overwhelmed when I started (again) toward my goal back in March. I think changing environment is good, and this app helps with that!

Been there, been there, been there...it's awful and scary and I feel powerless. BUT I'm not. I remind myself I am enough just as I am. It's a number on a scale, a situation, a condition. It does not define me. And it will pass.

I Know what you're feeling. I stopped looking at the weighing scale. I just work out everyday. try to eat as healthy as I can. Cooking for my family makes it hard to cook separately for myself.
