Tomorrow is my "official" weigh day. I peeked this morning. Scary. I have been working so hard. To see the number climbing is giving me heart palpitations! This is where I just have to have faith in my instincts. This was my choice, so, if I have sabotaged myself, Only I can fix it. Back to business on Monday. Hoping my metabolism has adjusted by then.
