Tomorrow is my "official" weigh day. I peeked this morning. Scary. I have been working so hard. To see the number climbing is giving me heart palpitations! This is where I just have to have faith in my instincts. This was my choice, so, if I have sabotaged myself, Only I can fix it. Back to business on Monday. Hoping my metabolism has adjusted by then.

it does not take long to get things back on track, we all do things to enjoy life once in a while or test new limits. in the long run it is an education tool in our long term goals
