Woke at 220.8, down 2.0 from yesterday. Did not hit the 2-teens, as some of the cup of coffee and 24 ounces of sparkling water I drank last night remains. Super happy with five day fasting results. Lost 16 pounds and dropped resting heart rate from 59 to 47 bpm. Will target 1900 calories per day in November, with 180 grams of protein, 120 grams of fat, and 25 grams of carbs. Time to eat! UPDATE: Had bacon and eggs for breakfast, but strangely got hungry at 1:30, some of which was stress induced. I ate one of those Cobb salads from downstairs (didn't take a picture, as they all look the same). Still at about 1200 calories of my planned 1900. Will do seafood out at a great place tonight. Still great on net carbs. UPDATE: Weighed 224.0 coming in the door.
