Yesterday was a long day with a lot of driving stress. Today will be the same. So today I will have a better game plan. The scale is creeping back down. I don’t stress to much about a little up and down as long as down is the general move.
Today will be another Chick Fil A salad minus the corn.
86.7 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
