Ok. Just ended a 41 hour fast (36 hrs dry and 5 hrs water only) It was my intention to do a 48 hr water fast and somehow stumbled Into a dry fast. Lol. So then I got paranoid because I hadn't "prepared" my mind and body for a dry fast. So decided to quit while ahead before I started possibly experiencing some hectic detox symptoms. 😂
