Im with you on that one. I over ate yesterday and I told myself I wouldnt but then I did overeat. So lets say Im mad at myself for doing that. I told myself I wasnt going to over eat but then my sister told me that I should eat more than I usually do. And I said this isnt going to effect my weight will it she said no. Then I got on the scale last night and saw I weighed more. Hopefully thinking when I got up I weighed less but nope the scale still said the same thing when I got up today. So yeah Im disappointed at myself for that.
