Official Weekly Weigh-In
As suspected, I managed to get rid of yesterday's water weight pretty quickly, but I've still fallen shy of my Easter target by 0.5 pound. :( However, I have still lost a total of 2 lbs this week, which given that follows a week when I lost 3 lbs is pretty good! I have also now dropped another BMI point, so I'm now just until 27, so verging on only just being overweight!!
This week has been a pretty good one all round. I've stuck to the diet plan pretty well, and managed to avoid eating any Easter eggs yesterday, which given I normally finish Easter Sunday gorged out on chocolate, was a real breakthrough for me! I also completed all my planned workouts and some. I'm really starting to feel the benefits, being able to do longer and more advanced versions of the workouts, and actually being able to feel muscles in my arms and legs!
I bought a whole new wardrobe of clothes on Saturday, which was fantastic. The bad news is my bra size has now diminished to 34C from around 38E at the start. However, the great news is that I'm now UK dress size 10/12 (US 8/10) compared with UK 18/20 at the start! And I can actually get away with the current fashion of wearing a great big belt tight around my waist!!
