Wow 😮 my ‘butter’ alone intake (flora light) was 750 cals alone(over a week) 😔 ......dread to think what it used to be as I liked to spread it thick 😬

Why is it always the nice wee things that are loaded with calories ☹ I don't take spreads on most things BUT on a banana sandwich the butter has to be thick (sigh) haven't had one of those in ages 😄

Clover was a big thing for me. I definitely try to avoid foods that I want butter in now. But 750cal throughout the week isn't too bad! I bet a lot of us use more with oil. Sooooo many calories in oil.

Prior to fs, I’d only ever used stork margarine(childhood thing) and using that it would’ve been bout 2,000+ weekly 😂

I can’t stand margarine and I used to spread my butter heavily. Now I’m limiting myself to a teaspoon on toast. I still think it’s healthier than all the ingredients you find in margarine. 😂

I like banana & peanut butter sandwiches. I wouldn’t even like to guess the calories in that! Yes, I still used butter with it. Peanut butter doesn’t spread well on bread alone! 😂

I’ve had the odd tsp since Feb. I use laughing cow lite now on toast or plain bread. I have been known to split a triangle before today😆
