@9ega btw aku itu masih ada lemaknya kok, aku jg masih blm sempurna😂 baru 5bln an. Kl ilangin lemak kyknya cardio si cuma jgn lama2 ntar ototnya ikut kebakar. Kl aku suka combine sm hiit cardio 20menitan sblm latihan angkat beban
