Went to the gym this morning. A bit sore in places this afternoon. I like the feeling. I am hungrier than usual, however. Due to increased activity? My imagination? Shrug. I don't know. I am really wanting a cheat meal tonight. This feeling I don't like. Wish there was a magic pill that would bring us to our perfect weight, and maintain it.

sure would. maybe you need some variety in your meals to help satisfy you better. when I am really hungry I eat, but I eat within my macro's. do you drink enough water// after exercise, we sometimes mistake thirst for hunger. those muscles need to be rehydrated.
