Need some opinions...since I can’t work out should I keep my calories intake the same? I don’t want to gain anything back lol or if I do not a lot. I’m totally fine maintaining my weight right now too. I looked online and I got two totally different answers. One said 1200 calories the other said 1600 🤷🏻‍♀️🤨 just wondering that’s all

you need to look at your numbers and compare your calories expenditure when you are active by the week and what your calorie intake is to maintain your weight during that week. then figure out from the actual numbers you have been tracking to get a better estimate of how many calories you need to reduce to keep the balance. if it is too much difference you will have to figure out how much to drop from there. when I went into maintenance I used sedentary numbers and raised my calories to that.

I’m about the same weight and I burn about 1500 calories without working out, so if your diet matches that, you shouldn’t gain. Just keep sodium low and water high, and you should maintain.
