Haven't recorded a journal for a whole week. Its been really tough, especially trying to get my training in along with the children going back to school. It's tricky finding the time to but sacrifices have to be made and my training has to take priority. Had a good workout today. Sunday is normally my rest day but I didn't get any training in yesterday so had to do the bulk of my work today. Tremendous workout and getting results and feeling really great after it. I am starting to appreciate just what these workouts do for me. I've gotten so used to it and find that I am actually needing to train sufficiently to get me going at the highest level. I am now settled and will be ironing later today. Training is as much a priority for me as eating, drinking and carrying on with my other responsibilities. Glad to have had the opportunity to train today it was a great decision to put in cardio recovery.
