So I am going to have the Chick-Fil-A Cobb salad for dinner with the grilled nuggets. The app doesn’t have a way to show I am subtracting the corn from the salad. So it makes it look like I am eating more carbs than necessary.

But you know you are not. Take the carb count for the corn and subtract it on paper. Just because the app doesn't show it, doesn't mean it will impact your weight loss. Besides, no carb police allowed on this website! 👮
