I broke 170 today and am THRILLED!!! I have lost 20 lbs. in 2 months. Hope I can continue on and lose another 20 in the next 2 also. I have noticed I have been light headed and dizzy a lot lately and my mom says it is from losing the weight so rapidly and now my equilibrium is off. Also I just spelled that big word without spell check correctly props to me.... Sorry I impressed myself. So happy yet sad to say good bye to one pair of my pants. I loved them but o well onto smaller and better things... lol. It is moments like these that motivate me to work harder to reach my goals. (Right now I am doing my happy dance) trying to keep my pants up while doing so. But I am prepared from having all these kids I now will be dragging out my size 11/12 pants. K enough gloating for now. Have a beautiful day.

Congratulations! That's awesome :) I had dizzy spells too so I went to my doctor and it turned out to be low blood pressure. I used to have low BP when I was a teenager, but it stopped being an issue when I gained weight and started smoking cigarettes! You might want to make sure you're getting enough sodium. Eating a little more salt has helped, but not fixed, the dizzy issue. I just have to remember to stand up slow!

It could also be your blood sugar levels. Eating every couple of hours can help keep your blood sugar levels more steady. Sweets can also cause a drop in blood sugar too. If you keep having problems, I would get it checked out.

Thanks and I agree with you about the low blood pressure. Mine has always been "fine" but still really low. I also quit smoking a year ago so that might be affecting it because since I quit smoking I had also been prego or eat too much so I might just now be noticing the effects. I will get that checked again and see.
