Okay, I went to weigh in today and I had gained 1 lb, exactly. I was bummbed because I stuck to the plan Monday and Tuesday and this morning, not to mention I walked 2.56 miles at the gym, this morning. Of course, I had just eaten lunch before I went to weigh in (Stupid, I know) so I didn't feel TOO badly. But, she measured me, today...and since July 12th I have lost 13 inches!! I was STOKED! That totally made me feel better about gaining that one pound (not that I want it to keep happening). But, I lost 3 in my chest, 3 in my wasit, 2 in my hips and 5 in my thigh! (My thighs are huge...they're my biggest problem area.) So, I was STOKED. I am so excited!

Yeah. I have thunder thighs as well. Have lost 2.5" off those already. Keep going. And eating one meal should not make a ton of difference in the weigh in, although I always go in the morning before I eat. Keep it going. You are doing great!!! :-)

That's excellent. Definitly don't beat yourself up about the 1lb. At least you're losing most of your inches on your problem area. My problem area is my hips and they seem to lag behind when it comes to losing inches compared to the rest of my body.

Keep up the great work, you will see the lbs fall off soon. I gained weight as well this week and have been working out with a trainer two days a week, UGH, I think I might be gaining muscle because my arms are sore.
