so the down side of not meeting your calorie intake goals. once n awhile won't hurt right?

No, it won’t. If our species could not have tolerated wide swings in diet, we would have died out a long, long time ago.

Lol just making sure it won't mess with my diet. I have no appetite and I have to set reminders to eat. And since I'm working out I do have to try to get enough in. Don't want to lose muscle.
