going to miss keto meatloaf but will share recipe. 2# hamburger, 2# sausage, 1/2 # shredded cheese, 3 eggs, 1 envelope meatloaf seasoning , 1 chopped onion if desired. mix all together and put in 9 x 13 pan. cover top with bacon strips and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meatloaf temp is 165. cool 15 minutes before slicing. best ever!! enjoy
