does anyone else have trouble with going to sleep? since losing weight I can't go to sleep at night, and when I do I can't stay asleep. also having one hell of a time with the colder weather. I stay cold all the time anymore. I just to stay hot all the time, now I'm freezing.

Make sure you are not eating too late. Also, a nice hot mug of chamomile helps prior to bedtime. One more thing. If possible, work out early in the day.

Omgosh! ME TOO! I have a heck of a time going to sleep and even staying asleep. It’s so frustrating. I also used to be hot all of the time. Since losing over 100 lbs I’m now sitting here witha fleece jacket on and a comforter over me 😂. It’s crazy isn’t it? Lol 😝
