I have been keeping so quiet as I have gained back my 2,5kg which I tried to work off as soon as possible. So I am back to 116.5kg which is nearly where I last dropped it.
I blame all these cheat meals becoming cheat weekends. Decided that I no longer cheat, if I slip accidentally then I will count it in cheat but won’t do that deliberately . Otherwise I am going to keep dancing at the same spot, by the looks of it.

Average water intake 3.5l, trying really hard to increase it up to 4l 🕵🏼‍♀️👌🏻

I would do a cheat day too. now I've gotta make it a cheat meal or dessert

Cheat meal becomes a huge mess at the end and I end up gaining everything I lost during the week. So annoyed with myself. I try to be strict with myself. Good luck ✊🏻
