don't eat those , then you don't have to post it.. just kidding. really I wouldn't eat poptarts. maybe have some whole grain toast , a little butter and some low sugar blueberry jelly instead..

go to your right where you see a column that says diet calendar and click on the thingy that has a picture of knife and fork and says food after it. then it takes you to a place where you can start posting your foods. you see breakfast then go to click on add item . then type in poptart. then it will give you a list , click on it. then it will go onto your list of foods you ate. you have to kind of fool around with it for awhile and learn how it works. Thats how I started , just clicking on everything to see what happens.

if its not on the list, then you have to add it .. hopefully someone on here can explain better than me. I'm kind of lazy explaining.

I love pop tarts, especially the frosted chocolate ones I used to eat for dessert.... I miss those & a lot of other sugary foods. However, keeping my blood sugar in check is more important now. Enjoy the deliousness.
