So I think I've got this weight gain under control... not that the scale is moving down much (well, it's down a pound from yesterday, but it was a cheater weigh-in, so it doesn't count), but based on my calories, I've got my calories in <calories out - not by much, but by something everyday, which is awesome!
I don't think I should stress too much about trying to create a huge deficit right now, I think a more important step is working out and keeping active. I find when I work out, I feel better, and in turn, I eat better. I don't want to overeat when I am working out... I don't want to overeat before, because then I feel yucky during the workout, and I don't want to overeat after, because I really just want some fluids - milk, water, etc.
So, step 1 accomplished... stop the weight gain... on to step two, working on losing the 40 pounds again (and then on to step three - working my way down to 199).
