Tomorrow is weigh day. I am nervous. If I still show flat line, or (shudder) gain, I promise I will scream. I'm working on getting macros right. Experimenting with food types, times of eating, etc. My calories, and fat, somehow have got to increase. Outside eating a stick of butter, or a tub of cream cheese, how does one do this? Wish me great success on the scale. HAPPY THOUGHTS! See You on the other side.

Are you wanting to gain or lose???

it gets easier with time, you plan your meals ahead of time to figure out your macro's and make it all work. High fat meats fried definitely adds the fat grams to the plan. Using heavy whipping cream in your coffee instead of milk is just a simple addition. Use no sugar mayo like dukes on your salmon or canned tuna wraps. that is about as easy a quick meal as you can get. relearning not to be afraid of fat is a little hard for some to realize. deviled eggs is another fun thing to enjoy, you don't have to be stingy with the mayo when you are mixing it up. fun omelets cooked in butter with cheese and spinach. you can look up fat bombs for meals, I would avoid deserts until you get rolling. they have breakfast fat bombs of bacon and eggs you can do ahead. you sound like you need to do a little research on keto meals to make this a bit easier on you.

Wanting to lose, Julie. Thank You, Baskington. I am loving Keto. It is very tasty and easy. Just trying to figure out how to balance everything. Carbs are not a problem, keeping protein down while keeping fat up is a challenge. Fat bombs! Yes! I will get some recipes. You are an inspiration.
