Rest day today, I take a break from my Insanity Workouts and its back in the habit Monday morning. The kids go back to school. Going to be a bit strange after six weeks holiday. Now going into Autumn with a few little projects on the line and a lot of work to do. It always gets done in the end just need to prioritise better and learn to actually switch off more and enjoy things a bit more. Had my dinner now for the ironing in readiness for the new school term - dinner money, uniforms, rack sacks and the lot. Wish myself the best.
