Today is day 03 of my muscle targeting exercises, shifted focus, i am always training the same way to loose weight( jogging) and its been working just fine, but i always have those extra fat areas that won't go away.
I am following the saying " the body will mostly lose fat where the muscles are most active"
Will C how it goes.
